CH/20/335
No objection, subject to the inclusion of a condition preventing work and deliveries on Sundays, Bank Holidays, Public Holidays, Saturday afternoons and nights, as imposed on other planning decisions by the Secretary of State and the Planning Inspectorate.
CH/20/336
Object – This development would constitute substantial harm to the Church [listed building] and its curtilage. It would have an adverse impact on the Brereton Conservation Area as its size is disproportionate to location and would have an adverse impact on parking.
CH/20/306
The Parish Council fully support this planning application as the development will provide something of value to residents and tidy up a local eyesore. The Parish Council would expect any Section 106 funds from this development to be earmarked for the benefit of Brereton and Ravenhill.
CH/20/312
No objection, subject to the inclusion of a condition preventing work and deliveries on Sundays, Bank Holidays, Public Holidays, Saturday afternoons and nights, as imposed on other planning decisions by the Secretary of State and the Planning Inspectorate.
CH/20/357
No comment.
CH/20/319
No objection, subject to the District Council being satisfied with design as the location of the development is in open countryside.
CH/20/322
No comment.
