Minutes of a meeting of the Planning Committee held on-line on Tuesday, 3rd November 2020.

 

Present

 

Councillors TA Jones [Chairman], PA Fisher, Mrs W Fisher and GN Molineux.

 

Mr PG Davies, the Parish Clerk, was also in attendance.

There were no declarations of interest given at the commencement of the meeting.

            RESOLVED

 

That the minutes of the meeting held on 13th October 2020, be approved and signed as a correct record.

 

  1. PLANNING DECISION

 

The Clerk reported the following planning decision received from the District Council:-

RESOLVED

 

  • That the following comments be sent to the District Council in respect of the planning applications listed below:-

 

CH/20/337

Single storey extension to ground floor

107 Brereton Road.

 

No objection, subject to the inclusion of a condition preventing work and deliveries on             Sundays, Bank Holidays, Public Holidays, Saturday afternoons and nights, as       imposed on other planning decisions by the Secretary of State and the Planning           Inspectorate.
