Minutes of a meeting of the Planning Committee held on-line on Tuesday, 5th January 2021.
Present

Also Present
Councillors K Ansell, Mrs P Ansell, Mrs DM Easton and Alderman R Easton.
An apology for absence was received from Councillor J Harvey.
Mr PG Davies, the Parish Clerk, was also in attendance.

There were no declarations of interest given at the commencement of the meeting.

RESOLVED
That the minutes of the meeting held on 1st December 2020, be approved and signed as a correct record.
- PLANNING DECISION
The Parish Council noted the following Decision Notice received from the District Council.

- PLANNING APPLICATIONS
RESOLVED
That the following comments be sent to the District Council in respect of the planning application listed below:-
CH/20/446
First floor extension above existing garage and kitchen
47 Lea Hall Lane.
The Parish Council would request the District Council to consider carefully the impact and effect of this development on No. 45 Lea Hall Lane. Also, the Parish Council would request the inclusion of a condition preventing work and deliveries on Sundays, Bank Holidays, Public Holidays, Saturday afternoons and nights, as imposed on other planning decisions by the Secretary of State and the Planning Inspectorate.
