Minutes of an informal meeting of the Planning Committee held at the Parish Hall, Ravenhill Park, Brereton, on Tuesday, 7th January 2020.
Present
Councillors TA Jones [Chairman] and GN Molineux.
Apologies for absence were received from Councillors PA Fisher, Mrs W Fisher, JC Harvey and
DR Johnson.
Mr PG Davies, the Parish Clerk, was also in attendance.

There were no declarations given at the commencement of the meeting.
- MINUTES
RESOLVED
That the minutes of the meeting held on 3rd December 2019, be approved and signed as a correct record.
- PLANNING DECISIONS
There were no planning decisions for submission to this meeting.
- PLANNING APPLICATIONS
The Committee noted, for information, the response from Mr H Thornton to planning application CH/19/201 [Rugeley Power Station re-development].
The Committee also noted that planning application CH/19/201 would be considered by the Planning Control Committee of the District Council on 15th January 2020, at 3.00 pm, following a site visit at 12.30 pm.

Removal of paint from two exterior walls at 9 Brereton Manor Court and the porch of Sneyd House, 11 Brereton Manor Court.
The Parish Council is unable to comment on the technicalities of the proposal but it would express concern that the reference to ‘Barrettine Peelaway 2’ in the Heritage Statement is confusing as it does not correspond to the information on the website which quotes ‘Barrettine Peelaway 1 and 7’ .
[Councillor G Molineux declared a personal interest in CH/19/258 and took no part in the discussion or voting thereon.]
