Minutes of a meeting of the Planning Committee held at the Parish Hall, Ravenhill Park, Brereton, on Tuesday, 2nd April 2019.
Councillors TA Jones [Chairman], Mrs P Ansell, PA Fisher, Mrs W Fisher and GN Molineux.
Also present: Councillor K Ansell.
Mr PG Davies, the Parish Clerk, was also in attendance.
- DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Councillor PA Fisher declared a personal interest in CH/19/126 [storage shed to rear garden – 24 Garden Drive] and took no part in the discussion or the voting thereon.
That the minutes of the meeting held on 5th March 2019, be approved and signed as a correct record.
- PLANNING DECISIONS
The Committee noted the following planning decisions received from the District Council:-
Proposed residential development of one [1-bed] bungalow on land to rear of 2 Larch Road.
Front first floor and ground floor extension, single storey rear extension to replace existing conservatory and extension to rear facing dormer windows
29 Armitage Lane.
Construction of 2 bedroom chalet bungalow
1 Regency Court.
Extension to existing unit to create a new unit [B1] and erection of new 2 storey building to create workshop to ground floor and ancillary offices to 1st floor [B1 or B8 use]
7 Brick Kiln Way.
Proposed replacement workshop/storage building
Redbrook Lane Industrial Estate.
Replacement of existing refrigeration plant
4-6 Sandhus, Redbrook Lane.
- PLANNING APPLICATIONS
The Parish Council considered several planning applications and noted that an objection had been submitted in respect of CH/19/026 [proposed residential development of one [1 bed] bungalow to land to rear of 2 Larch Road].
- That the action taken in respect of CH/19/026 be approved and confirmed.
- That the following comments be submitted to the District Council on the planning applications listed below:-
Two storey side extension and single storey rear extension

Double storey side extension over existing single storey

The Clerk circulated a letter from the District Council on the submission of additional detail in the form of an updated Main Statement.
