  1. Armitage Road

 

Following a meeting with two local residents, the Chairman has highlighted the                               following matters for consideration by the Parish Council:-

 

  • Flooding in Armitage Road between 137 Armitage Road and the junction of Armitage Road and Thompson Road.
  • The hedge between 161B Armitage Road and the junction of Armitage Road and Thompson Road.
  • Noise from the kissing gate at the northern entrance to Ravenhill Park.
  • Noise nuisance, smell and unsocial hours working from Unit 5 Wheelhouse Road [Monster Particles].

 

  1. Appointment of Members to Committees

 

To consider whether to appoint Members to Committees at this meeting or to                                retain the current membership and defer the matter to the Annual Parish Council                                  Meeting in May 2021.

 

  1. Appointment of Members to Serve on Outside Bodies and Local Contacts

 

To consider whether to appoint Members to Outside Bodies at this meeting or to retain                  the current appointments and defer the matter to the Annual Parish Council Meeting in               May 2021.

To approve the attached minutes of the meetings of the Planning Committee held on                    3rd March and 2nd June 2020.

 

  1. Parish Hall and Property Management Committee

 

  1. To approve the attached minutes of the meeting of the Parish Hall and Property Management Committee held on 4th March 2020.

 

  1. Parish Hall re-opening – to consider the attached documents prepared by the Clerk.

To approve the attached minutes of the meeting of the Finance and Management                         Committee held on 4th March 2020.

 

  1. Date of Next Meeting

 

The Parish Council has agreed that the next Parish Council meeting will be held on

The Chairman may adjourn the meeting to allow any members of the public present to                 give their views.  The adjournment will last no more than fifteen minutes.
