STEERING COMMITTEE

 

Minutes of a meeting of the Steering Committee held in the Parish Hall, Ravenhill Park, Brereton, on 9^th January 2020.

 

Present

 

Councillor TA Jones [Chairman]

Mr R Betteridge [Vice-Chairman]

Councillor Mrs DM Easton [Brereton and Ravenhill Parish Council]

Alderman R Easton [Brereton and Ravenhill Parish Council]

 

Apologies for absence were received from Councillors Mrs G Harvey and J Harvey and Mr J Herbert.

 

Also Present – Mr PG Davies [Secretary]

 

1. MINUTES

 

The minutes of the meeting of the Steering Committee held on 30^th October 2019, were approved and signed as a correct record.

 

2. NEIGHBOURHOOD DEVELOPMENT PLAN

 

The Chairman was continuing to work on the Plan and would update the Committee further at the next meeting.

 

The Committee noted the contents of a document prepared by the National Trust entitled ‘A Guide to Heritage in Neighbourhood Plans’, a copy of which was circulated at the meeting.

 

3. DATE AND TIME OF NEXT MEETING

 

RESOLVED

 

That the next meeting be held on Wednesday, 26^th February 2020, at 8.15 p.m.
