BRERETON AND RAVENHILL PARISH COUNCIL
Minutes of a meeting of the Finance and Management Committee held on-line on Wednesday, 7th April 2021.
Councillors Mrs DM Easton [Chairman], Alderman R Easton and Mrs L Johnson.
Apologies for absence were received from Councillors K Ansell, Mrs P Ansell, Mrs G Harvey and JC Harvey.
Mr PG Davies, the Parish Clerk, was also in attendance.
- DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
Alderman R Easton and Councillor Mrs DM Easton declared an interest in that part of Minute 3 relating to HEPs Limited and took no part in the discussion or voting thereon.
That the minutes of the meeting held on 3rd February 2021, be approved and signed as a correct record.
- ACCOUNTS FOR PAYMENT
The Clerk circulated a schedule of accounts for payment.
That authority be given for the payments included on the submitted schedule.
- FINANCE REPORT
The Report of the Clerk showing the income and expenditure of the Parish Council as at
28th February 2021, was submitted for information and noted.
- REFURBISHMENT OF BENCH IN MEMORY OF FORMER COUNCILLOR
MRS HAZEL SOUTHWELL
That Alderman R Easton be authorised to proceed with this work and report back on the total costs [minimum £200.00] to the next meeting.
- SETTERFIELD WAY – BUS SHELTER
The Clerk undertook to contact Shelutions regarding the damage to the bus shelter in Setterfield Way. He would update the Committee at its next meeting.
- DATE AND TIME OF NEXT MEETING
That the next meeting be held on 5th May 2021, at 8.15 p.m.
